Email Manager
Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy – all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the email account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message – specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box – you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
